



The driving force behind MCRF is Ratan Mani Lal, currently located in Lucknow, India. A widely-known journalist and mediaperson, he has travelled a long way in the world of Media in India since 1976.
His forte has been newspaper production, media writing, editorial planning, content development, team building and performance improvement strategies in prominent daily newspapers, designing and conducting specialized professional education programmes, and consulting assignments in book editing, curriculum designing, content management and writing.

As Editor, he has headed Editorial Operations in The Times of India (Lucknow), Hindustan Times (Lucknow) and Dainik Bhaskar (Central Editorial, Bhopal & State Editor, Chhattisgarh)
Another feather in his cap was being the Founder-Head of the Jaipuria School of Mass Communication, an associate Institution of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow.
He was a familiar face on television news channels during the 2012 Uttar Pradesh Assembly Elections. He was invited to many prestigious TV programmes inclcuding on NDTV-24X7, NDTV India, Aaj Tak and ETV-Uttar Pradesh. Besides, he has been a regular political commentator on News Express and Mahua News Line.
In earlier years, he has anchored current affairs and special interviews on ETV-Uttar Pradesh in its inception year 2001, and has provided special inputs to various programmes on CNBC-TV18, Star News, Sahara Samay, Doordarshan, All India Radio, Gyan Vani and several other media organizations. He is a writer and columnist for many publications in English and Hindi.
